3rd Line Infrastructure Project Engineer – Flexible Home Working/Liverpool Area
My client, a provider of Network Infrastructure Services is looking to recruit a 3rd line Infrastructure Project Engineer to join its team.
The role will be supporting the infrastructure of a prestigious client in the Liverpool area dealing with a mix of complex technical work as well as BAU tasks.
You will be responsible for dealing with 3rd line support escalations, performance management and preventative maintenance as well as the implementations of projects which will include design, development, testing and deployments. Other duties include creating and maintaining documentation, 3rd party supplier liaison, SLA management and being part of a 1 in 4 on call rota.

Microsoft SCCM and patch management
Virtualisation (VMware)
Microsoft Active Directory
O365 and Azure
Backup and DR Solutions
ITIL frameworks
Any certs on Microsoft would be nice in MCP’s to MCSE level
Any VMware certs would be advantageous
